  • STEP 1 (kid-friendly) Encourage your kid(s) to whisk together flours, sugars, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Then, encourage your kid(s) to combine the egg, milk, canola oil, and vanilla and then stir until moistened.
  • STEP 2 (adults) Preheat a pan over medium heat. Lightly grease pan. Pour 1/2 cup of batter onto lightly greased pan; cook until bubbles on top begin to pop and bottoms are golden brown. Flip; cook until second side is golden brown.
  • STEP 3 (kid-friendly) While the pancakes are cooking, encourage your kid(s) to beat together the cream cheese and yogurt. Then encourage them to spread the cream cheese/yogurt mixture over the pancakes and top with banana and raspberries. Fold them in half and enjoy!
